Head of Sales (m/f)

Your area of responsibility:

  • management and further development of the sales team
  • development of sales strategies in the business fields of space technology, aerospace system engineering, test beds and special apparatus engineering
  • observing market and competitors and providing market analyses
  • optimization of the sales processes and structures
  • expansion of planned sales and reporting
  • Implementation of CRM-system
  • Responsible contact of national and international business
  • active participation in the relevant conferences and exhibitions

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • successful master degree in technical or commercial field and experiences in the complementary field
  • several years of professional experience in sales, preferably with management responsibility
  • comprehensive knowledge of the space technology business fields
  • fluent business English
  • very good MS Office knowledge
  • willingness to an intensive international travellling
  • highly motivated and result-oriented personality
  • pronounced communication skills and assertiveness
  • high level of independence, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking
