Your area of responsibility:

  • Active recruiting of suitable applicants for our advertised positions
  • Creating an efficient selection process and the corresponding documents/tools for the various job profiles in cooperation with the respective specialist department
  • Conducting telephone interviews and first personal interviews
  • Supporting applicants through the entire application process
  • Drawing up personnel development plans in cooperation with the departments and the management based on the company’s development goals and the employees’ strengths
  • Organisational planning and implementation of trade fairs and events in cooperation with the specialist departments

You have:

  • a university degree or a completed apprenticeship
  • professional experience in recruiting
  • Organisational talent
  • A high degree of initiative and pro-activity
  • A good command of written and spoken English
  • Creative way of thinking, structured and result-oriented way of working with a high degree of independence
  • Enjoyment in dealing with people, curiosity about challenges, a quick grasp and structured thinking skills round off your profile
