Your area of responsibility:
- Active recruiting of suitable applicants for our advertised positions
- Creating an efficient selection process and the corresponding documents/tools for the various job profiles in cooperation with the respective specialist department
- Conducting telephone interviews and first personal interviews
- Supporting applicants through the entire application process
- Drawing up personnel development plans in cooperation with the departments and the management based on the company’s development goals and the employees’ strengths
- Organisational planning and implementation of trade fairs and events in cooperation with the specialist departments
You have:
- a university degree or a completed apprenticeship
- professional experience in recruiting
- Organisational talent
- A high degree of initiative and pro-activity
- A good command of written and spoken English
- Creative way of thinking, structured and result-oriented way of working with a high degree of independence
- Enjoyment in dealing with people, curiosity about challenges, a quick grasp and structured thinking skills round off your profile
