ASTROFEIN Drehen und Fr\u00e4sen<\/h2>\n

Konventionelle als auch CNC-Dreh- und Fr\u00e4smaschinen erlauben es uns, Werkst\u00fccke mit h\u00f6chster Komplexit\u00e4t zu fertigen. CNC-Drehmaschinen mit 20fach Pr\u00e4zisions-Schnellwechselrevolver, integrierten Antriebsmotoren und Stangenlader produzieren Losgr\u00f6\u00dfen zwischen 1 und 1000 St\u00fcck problemlos. 5 Achsen-Simultan Fr\u00e4smaschinen mit Palettenwechselfunktion realisieren Form- und Lagetoleranzen bis zu 0,01 mm und Qualit\u00e4ten bis IT6. Mit einer 100% optischen Werkzeugvermessung unterst\u00fctzen wir den reibungslosen Durchlauf. Zur Durchf\u00fchrung von Integrations- und Montaget\u00e4tigkeiten mit geringem Verschmutzungsgrad verf\u00fcgen wir \u00fcber eigene Reinr\u00e4ume. Wir bieten unseren Kunden daher spezialisierte Montage-, Ausrichtungs-, Auswucht- und Klebeverfahren nach ECSS-Standards. Unsere qualifizierten Mitarbeiter verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber individuelle ESA-Qualifikationen f\u00fcr Kleben, L\u00f6ten, Crimpen sowie L\u00f6t- und Crimpinspektionen. Der Einsatz hochmoderner taktiler und optischer 3-Koordinaten-Messmaschinen erm\u00f6glicht es ASTROFEIN, Werkst\u00fccke mit einem Volumen von bis zu 700 x 1000 x 660 mm mit einer Genauigkeit von bis zu 1,5 + 3*L\/1000 \u00b5m zu messen.
