Qualitätssicherung Präzisionsmontage (m/w/d)

Your mission

Monitoring and ensuring quality requirements during the assembly of space components
Supporting Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) processes with a focus on quality-relevant aspects
Monitoring and documenting cleanroom parameters (e.g., particle count, temperature, humidity)
Performing and documenting visual and dimensional inspections in accordance with defined standards
Contributing to the analysis and evaluation of deviations and defect patterns
Maintaining and preparing quality-relevant documentation such as inspection reports, checklists, and deviation reports
Close collaboration with production, quality assurance, and product management

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or comparable qualification
Experience in assembly and/or quality assurance, ideally within the aerospace, aviation, or high-tech sector
Routine handling of precision mechanical components and working in a cleanroom environment
Knowledge of using measuring equipment and inspection techniques (mechanical and electrical)
Confident understanding of technical drawings, standards, and documentation
Experience with quality-relevant documentation and traceability
Basic knowledge of ECSS standards is an advantage
Strong analytical skills, precision, and a high level of quality awareness
Structured, independent way of working as well as team spirit and communication skills
Good written and spoken German and English
