For our team we are looking for a

System Engineer Satellite Components (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

  • Development of satellite components and subsystems with a focus on attitude control, as well as structure and mechanisms
  • Coordination of systemic development and subsystem activities
  • Guidance of interdisciplinary project teams, monitoring of project progress
  • Development of methods for verification of product properties
  • Responsible execution / monitoring of system level design verification
  • Creation and maintenance of project documentation (specifications, design descriptions, ICDs, test procedures and reports)

You have:

  • Studies in physics or engineering, e.g. aerospace, physical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable fields of study
  • Professional experience, ideally in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of relevant tools for requirements management (e.g. Doors), as well as project planning and implementation (e.g. Projektron, MS Project)
  • Knowledge of configuration management
  • Enjoys working systematically and independently in an interdisciplinary team
  • Experience in leading teams is an advantage
