To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time
Technical Specialist for Testing and Test Bench Operations (m/f/d)
Ihr Your responsibilities:
- Design, execution, and monitoring of verification tests (microvibration, performance)
- Supervision of environmental tests (EMC, thermal, vacuum, vibration)
- Recording, analyzing, and evaluating test results (trends, anomalies, pass/fail compared to requirements)
- Identifying, assessing, and documenting deviations or technical issues
- Supporting the optimization and further development of test processes, test benches, and tools
You have:
- Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in mechatronics (preferred) or comparable technical qualification
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
- Proficiency in practical work in laboratory and test bench environments
- Interest in improving and automating test and inspection processes
- Strong willingness to learn and motivation for professional development
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Initial professional experience in industrial, production, or manufacturing environments
- Very good English skills
- A plus: Experience in cable manufacturing, basic programming skills (Python / C / C++) or a willingness to learn, as well as knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, Serial, Ethernet)
