Sales Expert (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility:
- Coordination of resources, orders and tasks of a sales team
- Optimisation of sales processes and structures
- Development of sales strategies in the business fields of space technology, space systems technology, scientific instrumentation and test bench technology
- Market and competition observation and preparation of market analyses
- Responsible contact person in international and national business
- Customer consulting and development of customer relationships
- Bid management
- Calculation of projects in cooperation with the engineering department
- Supporting management in contract negotiations
- Active participation in relevant conferences and trade fairs
You have:
- Successfully completed technical or commercial university studies
with experience or high affinity in the respective complementary field - Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably with initial management responsibility
- Industry knowledge of the business fields
- Welcome:
Experience in leading international negotiations and in international contracting - Advantageous: work experience in matrix organisations
- Friendly approach and open-mindedness in dealing with people
- Strong communication and occasionally assertiveness skills
- A high degree of independence, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking
