Sales Expert (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

  • Coordination of resources, orders and tasks of a sales team
  • Optimisation of sales processes and structures
  • Development of sales strategies in the business fields of space technology, space systems technology, scientific instrumentation and test bench technology
  • Market and competition observation and preparation of market analyses
  • Responsible contact person in international and national business
  • Customer consulting and development of customer relationships
  • Bid management
  • Calculation of projects in cooperation with the engineering department
  • Supporting management in contract negotiations
  • Active participation in relevant conferences and trade fairs

You have:

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial university studies
    with experience or high affinity in the respective complementary field
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably with initial management responsibility
  • Industry knowledge of the business fields
  • Welcome:
    Experience in leading international negotiations and in international contracting
  • Advantageous: work experience in matrix organisations
  • Friendly approach and open-mindedness in dealing with people
  • Strong communication and occasionally assertiveness skills
